National Timber Systems (NTS) is celebrating record demand for its market-leading NTSROOF® panelised roof system, which also includes the NTSROOM® integrated floor and roof solution, beating our previous record by over 10% increasing our yearly growth by 30%, setting a new benchmark for delivery performance, whilst also maintaining similarly high volumes throughout September. This milestone reflects the growing momentum behind NTSROOF, which enables housebuilders to build homes faster, reduce onsite labour, and reduce the cost of build.
Earlier this year, NTS achieved BBA third-party certification (Agrément Certificate No: 25/7437 Product Sheet 1 & 2), giving builders and developers added assurance of NTSROOF’s performance and compliance. The certification covers the full NTSROOF suite of products, including the original NTSROOF® system, the NTSROOM™ integrated floor and roof solution and the SUPER-SPAN® roof system, which offers spans of up to 10.2 metres without the need for steel or timber purlins—ideal for large detached houses or dormer bungalows.
NTS worked to achieve complete certification, from product delivery through to the performance of all components within our NTSROOF system, ensuring true and consistent values and certified performance across the board. All NTSROOF materials are supplied fully within the scope of the BBA certification, with the addition of the fixing of the single leaf of 12.5mm Fireline board, which is carried out on site. This makes the NTSROOF suite of products a truly comprehensive, fully in-scope, panelised system with all-round certification. It reinforces NTS products as Simple. Safe. Secure.

Alongside NTSROOF, NTS also manufactures roof and floor cassettes. Factory-manufactured, these large format components—up to 13 metres long and 400 mm deep—are delivered ready for installation with built-in lifting straps and protective covers.
